Bills are created on the 29th of each month and are due on the 15th of the following month. Please see the example below.

The 29th   Bills are created.

The 1st      Bills arrive on or around the         first of the month.
The 15th       Utility bills are due.
The 25th      Any unpaid utility bills are assessed a $10 late fee.

 For your convenience there is a drop box located at City Hall for after-hours payments. If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday you have until 9:00 a.m. the next business day. We now accept debit/credit cards and ACH payments online, in-person, or over the phone. We also can do payment arrangements.
